Best Wedding Photos of 2023
My journey as a wedding photographer began 17 years ago, and each year, I make it a tradition to share my top wedding photos. It’s something I always look forward to, but in 2022, I missed the chance. Last year was incredibly busy, and before I knew it, April had rolled around—too late for a “best of” post.
Now, with 2023 behind us, I had a blast looking back at all the beautiful weddings Nathan Desch Photography captured. In fact, I might even do a retroactive post for 2022, so stay tuned! If you want to see past favorites, check out these links:

Why These Posts Matter to Me
These posts highlight why I love being a wedding photographer. I’m fortunate to work with incredible couples year after year, and each wedding is unique. Providing them with images that their friends, family, and future generations will treasure is what fuels my passion. I also get to collaborate with some amazing vendors and venues.
If you’re planning a wedding, here are a few venues I love working with:
The Inn at Leola Village, The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve, Drumore Estate, Springton Manor Farm, Riverdale Manor, Stone Gables Estate, The Ballroom at The Ben, Moonstone Manor, Skytop Lodge, Bear Creek, Icona Avalon, The Union League, Red Maple Vineyard, Folino Estate, Phoenixville Foundry, Crystal Tea Room, Union Trust, Inn at Villanova, Pomme, The Barn at Stoneybrooke, Hotel DuPont, Parque, The French Creek Golf Club, River House at Odette’s
—just to name a few!
Wearing Many Hats
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced many roles beyond wedding photography, including CEO and Founder of ShootWith.Me, Co-Owner of StoryBook Design Co., speaker, and educator. Still, capturing weddings remains close to my heart. No matter the challenge—be it weather, location, or guest count—my experience ensures that I can adapt and deliver for each couple I work with.
I’ve photographed weddings in all conditions—blizzards, hurricanes, heatwaves—and in all kinds of locations. Whether intimate elopements or celebrations with 400+ guests, each event is a joy to document, and I’m proud to give couples memories they’ll cherish forever.
