Planning your wedding can be a challenge at every step of the way, but once you secure your dream wedding venue, you’re in much better shape to start booking vendors, sending save the dates, and more. Having photographed weddings for the last 17 years, we know just how many venues there are to consider in Pennsylvania, and we’ve only shot at a fraction of them. When you’re searching for the top wedding venues in Pa worth considering, you have a lot of options to pick from and it can be hard to know what makes the most sense for you, your guests, and the vibe you’re going for.
We wanted to help you with this as much as possible by showcasing a selection of our top wedding venues in PA that we’ve both shot at and recommend to our couples. They’re all very different and while some might make a ton of sense for one couple, others may be a better fit for you. Feel free to scan over this list, check out some of the blog posts from our real weddings and then don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or want more specific insights on the specific venues listed. By the way, there are a handful of venues below that we did not blog for one reason or another. It could be because we had an exclusivity agreement with the couple or another reason. All of the venues listed however are ones we’ve shot at an recommend.
Of course, after checking out this list, if you determine another venue is a better fit for you, or maybe you even decide to elope, we’d still love to connect with you to see if we’re a good fit to work together. Now, without further delay, check out our list of our top wedding venues in PA below!

Lancaster Area Venue
The Inn At Leola Village
Why we love The Inn at Leola Village: Over the last 17+ years of shooting weddings, The Inn at Leola Village is in the top 2 or 3 venues that I’ve worked at the most. Building a relationship with their in-house coordinators has been incredibly easy because they genuinely care about their couples and aim to give them the best experience possible- As do we. The Inn at Leola Village is one of the few venues that has almost everything you need; beautiful venue, gorgeous property, spacious suites for getting ready, top notch onsite catering team, florist, salon, and lodging for your guests. Just add a DJ/band, photographer and videographer and you’ve got a wedding planned. I also love how over the years, The Inn at Leola Village has invested in making the wedding experience even better with the expansion of their outdoor ceremony location and the launching of their more intimate reception area Bella Giardino.
Location: 38 Deborah Dr, Leola, PA 17540
Accessibility for Guests: Located 15 minutes east of Lancaster, PA. Leola Village has an onside boutique hotel that is perfect for wedding guests with plenty of on-site parking. Incredibly accessible with many attractions nearby.

Stone Gables Estate
Why Stone Gables Estate is a Top Wedding Venue in PA: I shot my first wedding here back in 2014 when it was just Ironstone Ranch. Now, Ironstone Ranch is one of three absolutely amazing venues on the Stone Gables Estate property. They’re all completely different, but if you’re looking for an intimate barn wedding with your ceremony in the adjacent orchard, Ironstone Ranch is going to be a great fit for you. If you have a large guest list and want to get married in the most iconic barn in Lancaster County, then The Star Barn is for you. St Michael’s Vineyard is perfect if a tented wedding is more your style. Whichever of the three you pick, you’ll have an amazing property to take pictures at, an incredible staff that will care for you, and some of the friendliest farm animals to pose with, if that’s your thing.
Location: 1 Hollinger Ln, Elizabethtown, PA 17022
Accessibility for Guests: Elizabethtown, PA is located roughly 20 minutes west of Lancaster, PA and has a variety of local hotels for guests. Each of their venues on the property have adequate parking as well

MoonStone Manor
Why we love Moonstone Manor: Moonstone Manor is another venue that we started working at over 10 years ago and it’s only gotten better over that stretch. Moonstone Manor is a beautiful estate with colonial ruins that make for an amazing backdrop for portraits. Also, the Conewago Creek is right up against the property which when the season is right, gets the most buttery soft dappled light. It’s amazing! The manor itself has several suites for getting ready and the tented reception area is perfect for all weddings, large and small. A great addition that has been added is a dedicated covered ceremony location in the event of rain on your wedding day. There’s nothing like peace of mind when it comes to planning a day as significant as this. This is one of the reasons it’s a top wedding venue in PA.
Location: 2048 Zeager Rd, Elizabethtown, PA 17022
Accessibility for Guests: Elizabethtown, PA is located roughly 20 minutes west of Lancaster, PA and has a variety of local hotels for guests. On-site parking is convenient also

Barn at StoneyBrooke
Why The Barn at StoneyBrooke is a Top Wedding Venue in PA: Barn weddings are incredibly popular in this part of PA and we’ve found that if a venue doesn’t intentionally set themselves apart from the rest, it’s easy for them to become “just another barn”. That is absolutely not the case with The Barn at StoneyBrooke. The barn itself has a rustic feel, but with modern amenities- It’s the perfect balance. The bride and groom suites are a feature, not an afterthought. We’ve shot at so many venues where the prep suites were just a room that wasn’t being used. Real talk, if you’re planning a wedding, you’re going to want an awesome area to hang out, get dressed, and relax for several hours. The Barn at Stoneybrooke is going to wow you with their suites! Next, their outdoor ceremony location is absolutely stunning. Check out the images from the wedding on our blog below. Your guests will have plenty of space and there’s not a bad view to be found. Finally, the grounds are absolutely perfect for portraits of you two, your friends and family. If you’re looking for a barn venue for your wedding, but want one that is memorable for so many reasons, The Barn at StoneyBrook should absolutely be on your list!
Location: 4740 Lower Valley Road, Atglen, PA 19310
Accessibility for Guests: Gap and Coatesville are 15 minutes away or less for hotels, and the venue also has plenty of on-site parking for guests. With Amish country nearby, there is plenty for your guests to do if they’re in town for a long weekend!

Barn at Silverstone
Why we love: The problem with many barn venues is that if the weather is not ideal, the ceremony often gets relocated to inside the barn where the reception is. The tables get moved out of the way and it’s ultimately a terrible plan B. Well that is never the case at The Barn at Silverstone. On the property, there is a dedicated indoor ceremony location equipped with string lights to give it a really warm and welcoming feel. Even when the weather is nice, having your ceremony in the indoor area is a solid option. Jumping to the the suites, both are pretty amazing and offer a ton of space for you and your wedding parties to get ready. There is also a amazing tree grove on the property that is fantastic for portraits. The Barn at Silverstone is the perfect balance of luxury, rustic, and accessibility. Highly recommend!
Location: 62 Bowman Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602
Accessibility for Guests: You can throw a rock and hit Rt30, yet while you’re on the property, you’d think it was a remote property away from the stresses of life. There are no shortages of hotels and attractions close by. Ample parking on the property as well.

The Bond
Why The Bond is a Top Wedding Venue in PA: Concrete floors, exposed ceilings, massive windows… If you’re looking for a warehouse chic wedding venue in central PA, add The Bond to your short list. There’s so much to like about The Bond, but from a photographer’s perspective, I love it because it gives you a blank canvas to work with. Some venues have tons of built in decor and color schemes, but with The Bond, you can make it what you want it to be. You can dress it up with beautiful floral arrangements hanging from the ceiling or you can keep it minimalistic. The choice is yours.
Location: 134 E. King Street, York, Pennsylvania 17401
Accessibility for Guests: There are plenty of hotels in the area and a large parking lot across the street. Having your guests find the venue and parking is zero issue at The Bond.

Cork Factory Hotel
Why we love: The Cork Factory Hotel bucks the trend that most hotel weddings are bland. We’ve had quite a few weddings at generic hotel ballrooms that are glorified conference rooms with low drop ceilings. That couldn’t be further from the truth with The Cork Factory Hotel. As you may assume, the building used to be a cork factory, but has now been transformed into a boutique hotel with a ton of character and charm. Think warn red brick, exposed beams and solid wood floors. Those are just the guest rooms though. In their wedding space, you get access to a stunning ballroom with the same character as the rooms but on a grander scale. While the surrounding areas outside are mainly parking lots, for an experienced photographer, there are so many amazing opportunities for stunning portraits. You just need to know where to go! BTW, the food at The Cork Factory Hotel is out of this world!
Location: 480 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17602
Accessibility for Guests: Downtown Lancaster with ample parking and logging for guests. Knock out two birds with one stone here.

Riverdale Manor
Why Riverdale Manor is a Top Wedding Venue in PA: I am always going to have a soft place in my heart for Riverdale Manor. Riverdale Manor was the first venue to put me on their preferred vendor list back in 2010 and every time I am back there, it feels like home. John and Maureen, the owners, have continually improved the property and experience for their clients over the years. Riverdale Manor is beautiful old estate that sits right on the Conestoga River in Lancaster. The property is stunning, the staff is excellent and the food is absolutely perfect. Go with the buffet style meals- you can thank me later.
Location: 62 Pitney Road, Lancaster, PA 17602
Accessibility for Guests: Riverdale Manor is close to local hotels with shuttle services, but also has plenty of parking for you and your guests. It’s easy to find and accessible.

Bluestone Estate
Why we love: Bluestone Estate is an absolutely gorgeous modern barn venue that impresses on many levels. For me though, what I absolutely love about Bluestone Estate is that the bride and groom lounges are elite. Starting your day in one of these suites is absolutely going to get your day off to a great start. From here, the beautiful grounds, spacious barn and perfect cocktail hour spaces are going to win you over. I highly recommend checking out Bluestone Estate for your wedding and it’s easy to add it to our list of top wedding venues in PA

Excelsior
Why Excelsior is a Top Wedding Venue in PA: Excelsior is easily my favorite non-barn venue in the heart of Lancaster, PA. It’s something totally different and boasts character that’s incredibly hard to find in the area. Where else can you find a stunning garden wall for your ceremony, catacombs for your cocktail hour, a garden courtyard for your guests to hang out, and a stunning ballroom for your sit-down dinner? I’ll wait for you to find somewhere like this within 100 miles. You’ll love it here!
Location: 125 East King Street, Lancaster, PA
Accessibility for Guests: Excelsior is in downtown Lancaster a block away from the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Right across the street is a spacious parking garage. River House at Odette’s
Why The River House at Odette’s is One of Our Top Wedding Venues in PA: If I was going to start a wedding venue, I’d take so many design cues from the River House at Odette’s. The rooms are awesome, the design, architecture and vibe are all perfect and it’s just one of those places I absolutely love shooting at. Sure, it doesn’t have sprawling fields and wooded areas for portraits, but it has so many untapped nooks and crannies that make shooting there an adventure each time. I love going back there and playing with the colors, textures, and everything else that makes it unique. Give it a visit and you’ll see why this easily one of the top wedding venues in PA
Location: 274 S River Rd, New Hope, PA 18938
Accessibility for Guests: Due to the location of the River House parking is very limited, however they have valet parking for guests and an overflow lot with shuttle as well. Welkinweir
Why we love: Welkinweir is located in the Pottstown area which is a wedding venue desert. There aren’t a ton of options in the area, but that doesn’t mean Welkinweir isn’t worth checking out. The estate sits back off of Rt 100 and boasts a unique farmhouse, beautiful outdoor space and just has that small private estate feel so many couples are looking for these days. I cannot tell you how many years it’s been since we shot there last… Ok, I’ll tell you… It’s been 12 years. Wow. Who wants to give us a good reason to go back and make some magic there? Let’s talk!
Location: 1368 Prizer Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465
Accessibility for Guests: Located just off Rt 100, Welkinweir is close to local hotels. I recommend setting up a shuttle service with those hotels to make it even easier for your guests to get to/from the venue. Make sure you tour the property to ensure your elderly guests are able to move around easily.

The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm

If I was getting married all over again and wanted to have a city wedding, the Ballroom at The Ben would be on my shortlist of venues. The Ritz Carlton
Why we love: I’ll shoot straight with you- Some venues, we’ve only shot at once in 17 years… Sometimes that’s just because of how the inquiries come (or don’t come) our way… Other times, it’s because we have absolutely zero interest in ever returning. Well, when it comes to The Ritz Carlton, I can firmly say that if I got an inquiry today to shoot another wedding there… I would do a happy dance and do whatever I needed to seal the deal. Weddings at The Ritz Carlton are amazing and I cannot wait to shoot there again. The building is incredibly unique and there are so many photo opportunities all around. The staff will treat you like kings and queens too! Moshulu
Why we love: Want to get married or celebrate on the open seas (of the Delaware River)? Well now you can, thanks to The Moshulu- One of the most iconic restaurants in the city. There’s nothing else quite like it in all of Philadelphia so if you’re planning a smaller affair with a limited guest count, it’s absolutely worth checking out. Of course, you’ll need to work out the other logistics of where you’re getting ready etc, but that’s no big deal really. If you have a guest list of frequent wedding attendees and want to do something a bit unconventional, this is your spot.
Location: 401 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19106

Tendenza
Why Tendenza is One of Our Top Wedding Venues in PA: Tendenza is another Cescaphe venue worth considering. One of the things I love about it is that it has a little more unique character than some of the other Cescaphe venues- Specifically the mashup between the exposed red brick walls and lighting. You’re going to get the same level of care from their staff and the food is out of this world! Cescaphe also offers trolley service so it’s easy to get ready at a hotel, hot around the city for pictures and then head over to Tendenza with ease.

Vie
Why we love: Vie, another Cescaphe venue worth considering, is on our list of the top wedding venues in Pa worth considering because of the excellent care and service you get while having your wedding there. Yes, the venue is stunning top to bottom. Yes, the location, food and facilities are top notch. But at the end of the day, when you know you can rely on a venue to create an amazing experience for you and your guests, that means you have zero stress. The Lucy
Why The Lucy is One of Our Top Venues in PA: The Lucy is one of the newer Cescaphe venues in Philadelphia and is perfectly located on South Broad Street (which is also home to some of the most iconic wedding photography pictures in the city). I love the Lucy because of it’s easy access to S Broad Street for night shots in the city. We love taking our couples out after dark for so interesting and unique shots, but when it requires a lot of effort to get there, it can be a deterrent. That’s not the case here though. Also, by having your wedding here, you’re getting that same amazing Cescaphe experience I mentioned multiple times earlier.
Location: 231 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19107
Accessibility for Guests: Same as all of the other center city venues- It doesn’t get any easier for you an your guests 10/10

Water Works
Why we love: For so many years, I would have couples who booked their weddings with me and prior to the big day, they wanted to do engagement pictures in Philadelphia. Without a doubt, I would get more couples picking Water Works/Art Museum as the location they wanted to be. And for good measure mind you! Now, Water Works is part of the Cescaphe family of venues and you’re able to get such a unique view of the city you never thought possible for your special day. I love that this is a Philadelphia venue with a completely different look and feel than some of the other center city spots, but you still get the amazing service and care. Situated right between the Art Museum and the Schuylkill River, your guests will remember your special day if for no other reason than the uniqueness of your venue.
Location: 640 Waterworks Dr, Philadelphia, PA 19130
Accessibility for Guests: Easy to get to, close to hotels, however, it will require shuttle service or your guests to drive themselves as it’s not within walking distance to local hotels.

Parque at Ridley Creek
Why we love: Ridley Creek Park has long been one of my favorite engagement session locations over the years, so when they opened the former Hunting Hill Mansion and made it a wedding venue called Parque, I was thrilled. We’ve shot several weddings here over the years and the property is vast and sprawling with amazing photo locations for you, your wedding part and family. It’s truly a gorgeous property and one to check out if you’re looking for something in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Location: 1023 Sycamore Mills Rd, Media, PA 19063

Pomme
Why Pomme is One of Our Top Venues in PA: I don’t know why this is the case, but we seem to have some of our favorite couples at certain venues and I’ve absolutely always adored the couples who get married at Pomme. Do you want to be next? For real though, Pomme is a really unique venue with a ton of character that’s absolutely worth checking out. The grounds are lovely, the interior has a ton of charm and done NEED a ton to make it special, and their in-house catering options are wonderful also. Barn On Bridge
Why we love: The Barn on Bridge may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Hear me out. You don’t walk in and immediately say, “oh, this looks like a wedding venue”, but are you looking to do what everyone else does all of the time. The Barn on Bridge is unique because of the layout in the main reception area. There is a really unique catwalk for your first dance and you get to be really creative in how you decorate the barn. If you are looking for barn vibes, but don’t want to travel to Lancaster county, check out the Barn on Bridge.
Location: 385 Bridge Street Collegeville, PA 19426
Accessibility for Guests: Plenty of parking and close proximity to hotels. Your guests will have no issue with accessibility here.

Rivercrest Golf Club
Why we love: Country club venues sometimes get a bad reputation for all being the same. One of the things we love about Rivercrest Gold Club is the versatility of the locations they make available to you for portraits. While it’s obvious wedding parties cannot be galavanting all over the course while members are trying to play, Rivercrest does have some key areas you can shoot at that make it clear and obvious you’re at a golf course. For the reception, their staff will take great care of you and ensure everything is taken care of. You’ll be in good hands with Rivercrest and you’ll easily see why we added it to our top wedding venues in PA
Location: 100 RiverCrest Drive, Phoenixville, PA
Accessibility for Guests: Close to a variety of hotels and other accommodations, Rivercrest is easy to get to for everyone.
