Covid… Need I say more?! Carol and Matt punched Covid in the face with their wedding in July. They were originally scheduled to have their wedding in the spring, but that got postponed. Fortunately, they were able to re-book Parque Ridley Creek for their 4th of July wedding and it was such a pleasure to be a part of it. This was our first wedding back since February and it couldn’t have been with a nicer couple. Matt and Carol ooze kindness, grace, and personality so handing with them for the day was just what the (wedding) doctor ordered. We started the day by meeting up with Carol and her ladies in the bridal suite. Soon after that, Kate joined the guys for some prep and then rode over to that church with them. Carol and the bridesmaids followed shortly after and after a short pause, the ceremony was underway. The pews were filled with Matt and Carol’s closest friends and family and it was a beautiful ceremony to be a part of. After they officially tied the knot, we made our way back over to Parque for some family and bridal party pictures. We knocked them out in short order and before long, the newlyweds were joining their guests for cocktail hour. After that, the party got underway and it was pure celebration from that point on. The staff did an amazing job all night keeping everyone well fed and refreshed. The night flew by and before we knew it, the day was done.
