Why The Farm at Eagles Ridge is a Top Wedding Venue in Lancaster, PA: I remember shooting our first wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge over ten years ago. I knew back then that it would be a place I'd love coming back to over and over again. Betsy and Paige, the owners, have continued to raise the bar and make this one of the premiere venues in all of Lancaster County. In fact, most of the couple we shoot for here don't even live in the area. They found The Farm at Eagles Ridge and fell in love! The Farm at Eagles Ridge is an excellent wedding venue for couples who are looking for one location to get ready, get married, and host their reception. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are helpful and caring, and your entire experience start to finish is going to leave you with zero regrets.
If you're looking for an upscale barn venue with a modern twist, I highly recommend checking The Farm at Eagles Ridge out for your wedding.

The grounds at The Farm at Eagles Ridge offer a ton of variety. There are open fields, a beautiful pond, various out buildings, wooded areas and then the farmhouse itself. There's always a beautiful background for stunning pictures. I've shot here many times and have never run into a scenario that was difficult to photograph. Every time I am here, I notice something new!
There are multiple outdoor ceremony spots depending on the aesthetic you're looking for. My favorite is behind the farmhouse down by the pond. There is a beautiful dock that can be center for the ceremony. Depending on the guest count, there are some other great options also. The barn itself is perfect if it happens to be poor weather too.
The bridal suite in the farmhouse at The Farm at Eagles Ridge is perfect for getting ready. You'll have multiple rooms to spread out in and a dedicated area for getting into your dress. The guys have their own space downstairs too. It's a really great setup.
Some venues leave it up to their couples to find coordinators for their day, and unfortunately, this sometimes means it's an afterthought for couples. Not at The Farm at Eagles Ridge though. They have an amazing team of dedicated in-house coordinators who will help you every step of the way!
Whether you're looking for fireworks in the evening, food trucks, a reception band or other types of niche services, The Farm at Eagles Ridge can point you in the right direction and make the wedding planning process easy on you. Between their guidance to top notch local vendors, and our experience, your day will be one that you and your guests rave about for years to come!

No need to Worry about missing a moment
I know that every time my wife or I feel stressed out, it’s a great idea to just stop, relax and take stock. This is never more true than when planning a wedding. My advice (having worked in the industry for many years and planned my own wedding) is to take some time to get your wedding priorities straight. What is important to you may not be as important to someone else. Figure out what you care most about and then go from there. For most of our couples, that means finding the perfect venue then finding the right photographer to capture it all.
How to be the most laid-back bride (or groom) on the planet
Nathan’s philosophy
The Farm at Eagles Ridge has an iconic dock that stretches out over the pond on the property. I love shooting here both during the day and also at nighttime like the picture you see above. The trees perfectly frame our couples and every time we're at The Farm at Eagles Ridge, we always end up at this spot at some point
The farmhouse is absolutely stunning on it's own, but oftentimes during prep or later in the day, this is a great spot for portraits of the wedding party. The gardens are beautiful and make for an amazing backdrop for all kinds of pictures. Also, if there is a light rain, the trees above keep everyone dry.
The corn crib is an excellent location for couples to set up a lounge area for their guests who want a quite spot to relax during the reception or cocktail hour. It also makes for a really night portrait location for the couple or wedding party. Can you picture yourself here?
How long have you been shooting weddings?
We have been shooting weddings since 2007 and have hundreds of them under our belt. We’ve worked at The Farm at Eagles Ridge many times along with countless other venues in Lancaster and Philadelphia, in every season, weather, lighting, and size. We've seen it all!
Can I give you a list of shots that I want on my wedding day?
You can. However, we've found that it is best to just share images with us that are non-standard, or ones we wouldn't have known about had you not told us. Don't worry, we'll be sure to capture family pictures, your first kiss, and all of the "normal" stuff. Leading up to the wedding, we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out and then jump on a call with you to go over all of the important details.
Do you bring back-up equipment to every shoot?
We do. We have extra batteries, memory cards, lenses, and cameras. We're never going to be careless on someone's wedding day!
Do you travel?
We love to travel and experience new places. If your wedding is within 100 miles (round trip) of our studio, there are no extra fees. If it is further away, we'd be happy to give you a custom quote to cover nominal travel expenses. There are no travel fees for the Farm at Eagles Ridge Weddings
Are the images we see edited?
All of the final images we post (usually between 850-1250) are color-corrected, cropped, and ready for printing. If you like the work you see on our website, you'll love your own images! Editing styles/filters come and go over time, but one of the consistent things we hear from our couples is that they love our timeless style while remaining vibrant, bold and authentic!
Please shoot our wedding! How do we book you?
Visit our contact page and send us a message with your wedding details. If we’re available, we will set up a call and walk you through the next steps.

Both areas have amazing local vendors that go above and beyond to make the weddings top […]

The rolling hills, waterside ceremony, beautiful farmhouse and awesome barn… It’s the creme de la creme barn venue in the Lancaster area. Absolutely check it out if you’re looking for […]
