Winter Riverdale Manor Wedding Pictures | Lancaster Photographers

Ben and Danie’s Riverdale Manor wedding back in December wasn’t filled with snowy backdrops and chilly weather, it was actually unseasonably warm with a few rain showers throughout the day… Which made it AWESOME. Regardless of the weather, this day would have been a home run because Ben and Danie are a fantastic couple, and whenever two people like this come together and plan their wedding day, it’s special. The day started out with Kate and I joining Danie and her ladies over at their suite at The Cork Factory Hotel. This is one of my favorite prep spots in Lancaster because of the character of the building and the rustic look it has without being forced. After they were all finished getting ready, they made their way across town to Riverdale Manor. The guys arrived a bit later and they went through the process of getting ready as well. Being that their wedding was at the end of December, we didn’t have tons of daylight to work with so the plan was to do as many of the wedding party pictures as we could before the ceremony, but Ben and Danie didn’t want to see each other beforehand. This was absolutely no problem. We’ve done many shots in the past where the couple wanted to be in picture together, but not be able to see each other. For Ben and Danie, I wanted to stretch the limits as much as I could and if you scroll down a bit, you’ll see a shot we did of the two of them during the day where Danie looks like she is right beside Ben, but in reality, she is actually behind him a bit and they cannot see each other. I’m so glad they trusted us to make this shot happen (although, full disclosure, I was very tempted to tell them to look at one another at one point… you know… as a joke). After we wrapped up the pre-ceremony shots, everyone began getting ready for the ceremony. A short time later, all of the guests had arrived and the ceremony officially began. In the moments that followed, Ben and Danie officially became husband and wife. We couldn’t be happier for them! All of the family made their way to the farmhouse and then outside for some family pictures. The sky was filled with that deep rich blue, so we made the most of it before nightfall crept in completely. After some family shots, we knocked out some wedding party images and then transitioned into doing some of just the two of them. By this point, it was raining steadily, but they were great sports about it. The official reception started a short time later and everyone had an amazing time celebrating these two for the rest of the night. It was an absolutely perfect day for a perfect couple. Ben and Danie, thanks again for having us be a part of your big day! We wish you both the best.Top Lancaster Wedding PhotographersCork Factory HotelCork Factory HotelRiverdale ManorCork Factory HotelCork Factory HotelCork Factory HotelCork Factory Hotel PicturesCork Factory Hotel PicturesCork Factory Hotel PicturesRiverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorRiverdale ManorRiverdale ManorRiverdale ManorRiverdale ManorWinter Wedding at Riverdale ManorLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster WeddingsLancaster Weddings in WinterLancaster Weddings in WinterLancaster Weddings in WinterLancaster Weddings in WinterLancaster Weddings in Winter
