I can almost taste the turkey, stuffing and all the fixings. It’s Thanksgiving week, and I have a lot to be thankful for. Albeit cliche, I am extremely thankful for all of the couples who love our work and trust us to be a part of the biggest day of their lives. It’s an honor and privilege I take very seriously. I couldn’t love this job any more! Leor and Melissa are one of those couples and it was such a joy to be a part of their wedding at XIX at The Hyatt at The Bellevue. Let me insert a quick opinion- If you’re planning a medium sized wedding in the city, seriously consider XIX. In one word, it’s breathtaking. Back to Melissa and Leor- We joined them for the tail end of prep at the hotel and then they shared a first look on South Broad in front of the hotel. We took a walk over to Rittenhouse Square for some shots of the two of them and then came back to the venue for the Ketubah signing. Shortly after that, the ceremony began, where they tied the knot with their friends and family surrounding them. It was then time to party… and party they did- for the next three or four games. It absolutely flew by. Leor had a bunch of family visiting from Israel, and they know how to have a good time for sure. It was fantastic start to finish! Once the night wrapped up, we grabbed the newlyweds for a few more portraits. Its hard not to take advantage of the colors, lights, and textures of the city.
