A few weeks back, I (Kate) met up with Kathryn at Longwood Gardens for her senior portrait session (Special thanks to her mom’s friend for her season passes that got us into Longwood for free!). It was an absolutely gorgeous Fall day with the sun doing just the right things. As we started walking around to scope out a good spot to start, Kathryn told me that they drove two hours for the session! She told me how she really wanted some place different and not boring for her senior pictures, so she looked online, found Longwood, and fell in love. She then looked for photographers in the area and found us! I’m very glad she did because it was so much fun doing her pictures! Kathryn has a fun, bubbly, and easy going personality and was very easy to photograph. Throughout the session she told me about how she loves field hockey and is looking into where she wants to go to college next year to continue playing. As the session went on, I became more and more excited about the shots we were capturing. The shoot was going so well that I didn’t realize how quickly the two hours went by and before we knew it there were Longwood employees telling us that it was closing time! By the time we said goodbye and I headed home, I couldn’t wait to get back to the office the next day to start editing the session! Kathryn, Thank you for choosing us for your senior pictures.
