Why we love The Inn at Leola Village: Over the last 17+ years of shooting weddings, The Inn at Leola Village is in the top 2 or 3 venues that I've worked at the most. Building a relationship with their in-house coordinators has been incredibly easy because they genuinely care about their couples and aim to give them the best experience possible- As do we. The Inn at Leola Village is one of the few venues that has almost everything you need; beautiful venue, gorgeous property, spacious suites for getting ready, top notch onsite catering team, florist, salon, and lodging for your guests. Just add a DJ/band, photographer and videographer and you've got a wedding planned. I also love how over the years, The Inn at Leola Village has invested in making the wedding experience even better with the expansion of their outdoor ceremony location and the launching of their more intimate reception area Bella Giardino.

We offer full day coverage for all of our Inn at Leola Village weddings so that you don't need to worry about a single moment being missed. On top of that, we offer the option to add a second photographer, videography, content creator, albums, parent books, wall art, engagement sessions and welcome party coverage.
We know how much you care about the people attending and moments on your wedding day, so we make it easy for you to have amazing coverage and the option to add the prints and products that truly matter to you.
We guide all of our couples, whether they're getting married at The Inn at Leola Village or not, to make sure they get the exact type of coverage and service they're looking for.

Why Do I Love This Spot?
My top three favorite photo locations at The Inn at Leola Village
The walking path
Along the back exterior of the Inn at Leola Village, there is a walking path that is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees which leads up to the outdoor ceremony location. No matter the time of year, this pathway is ripe for amazing photos that tie in the scenery, ambiance and season.
The Archway
There is a beautiful archway in the back corner of the property that frames couples so nicely. It's an amazing photo location for the couple as the archway frames them perfectly. Night shots are perfect here too as it's an excuse for the couple to retreat from the reception for a few minutes and get a breath of fresh air.
Inside the hotel
The Inn at Leola Village has a wonderful boutique hotel that truly shines. Whether the guys are hanging in the billiards room or we do some portraits inside because of the weather, you're going to get some amazing pictures in this building that you'll love for a lifetime!

How to be the most laid-back bride (or groom) on the planet
I know that every time my wife or I feel stressed out, it’s a great idea to just stop, relax and take stock. This is never more true than when planning a wedding. My advice (having worked in the industry for many years and planned my own wedding) is to take some time to get your wedding priorities straight. What is important to you may not be as important to someone else. Figure out what you care most about and then go from there. For most of our couples, that means finding the perfect venue then finding the right photographer to capture it all.
Do you travel?
We love to travel and experience new places. If your wedding is within 100 miles (round trip) of our studio, there are no extra fees. If it is further away, we'd be happy to give you a custom quote to cover nominal travel expenses. There are no travel fees for The Inn at Leola Village Weddings
Are the images we see edited?
All of the final images we post (usually between 850-1250) are color-corrected, cropped, and ready for printing. If you like the work you see on our website, you'll love your own images! Editing styles/filters come and go over time, but one of the consistent things we hear from our couples is that they love our timeless style while remaining vibrant, bold and authentic!

How long have you been shooting weddings?
We have been shooting weddings since 2007 and have hundreds of them under our belt. We’ve worked at The Inn at Leola Village over a dozen times along with countless other venues in Lancaster and Philadelphia, in every season, weather, lighting, and size. We've seen it all!
Can I give you a list of shots that I want on my wedding day?
You can. However, we've found that it is best to just share images with us that are non-standard, or ones we wouldn't have known about had you not told us. Don't worry, we'll be sure to capture family pictures, your first kiss, and all of the "normal" stuff. Leading up to the wedding, we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out and then jump on a call with you to go over all of the important details.
Do you bring back-up equipment to every shoot?
We do. We have extra batteries, memory cards, lenses, and cameras. We're never going to be careless on someone's wedding day!
