I'm going to shoot straight with you- Engagement sessions are absolutely one of my favorite things to photograph. Why? Well, because not only do they give us a chance to take some incredible images, but more importantly, I get to better know your wants/needs for your wedding day, get to know what makes each of you tick (which is important because we'll be with you for your full wedding day), and it gives us a sense of what type of images you especially love.

Engagement sessions are laid back, fun, and are also one of the most important things you can do to prepare you for your wedding photography experience.

We offer natural, laid-back engagement portraits at a location of your choice. Typically, we start them an hour and a half before sunset. We’ll advise you on location (if you’d like us to), wardrobe, hair & make-up and anything else you might like some guidance on. 

Our engagement sessions start at $400

We offer all sorts of beautiful ways to display your memories, including but not limited to albums, prints, canvas, fine art prints, digital images and more.

frequently asked questions

  • How long do we have to wait to see our pictures?

We have a few highlights posted within a day or two, a blog posted soon after, and your entire gallery posted within 4-6 weeks.

  • We hate having our photo taken! Should we still book a professional…?

Please do! You might just love it. We’re very, very good at making you feel relaxed and at home in front of the camera. We employ a very unintrusive approach and will never ask you to do something that makes you feel awkward. 

  • Are you insured?

I am.

  • Do we own the "rights" to our images?

You can purchase the digital images if you like, which means you can produce your own prints.
