Tim and Jess’s Normandy Farm wedding was picture perfect in every way. I hadn’t shot at Normandy Farm for a couple years, so leading up to the day, I was really looking forward to it. The day exceeded my expectations in every way, and I had high expectations already. That’s partly because I knew Tim and Jess would absolutely rock the day. I mean, when Tim and the guys start the day at a go-cart track, you know it’s going to be great. After we wrapped up there, we joined Jess in her suite for some hair and makeup. Not long after that, the guys arrived and began getting ready. The sun was in full force so we found a nice shaded area for their first look and then followed that up with family and bridal party pictures. Tim and Jess had a beautiful Ketubah signing followed by the traditional ceremony out on the lawn. One of my favorite parts of the day was when Jess was being bustled during cocktail hour, her bridesmaids were having a bit of trouble so they facetimed in one of Jess’s friends who had just had a baby and wasn’t able to make the wedding. She walked them through the bustle and saved the day. The party began down in the Silos Ballroom and it was an absolute blast. Everyone had a great time celebrating the new couple for the rest of the evening. Later on, we stole them away for a few shots outside. They welcomed the cool down anyway.
Tim and Jess, we wish you the best. It was a pleasure being a part of your wedding!
