Matt and Lauren had an absolutely beautiful Quidnessett Country Club wedding a few weeks ago. Full disclosure- Matt is Christelle’s older brother, and she, along with our kids, was in the wedding- It added a layer of fun to the day. I joined the ladies at Lauren’s bridal suite in the morning for some hair, makeup, and detail shots. After I hung out there for a bit, I went over to the North Kingstown Golf Course, where Matt and the guys were getting in a morning round. Once they finished up, they headed back to the hotel to clean up, shave, and get ready for the day. Not long after that, everyone started going over to the venue. Quidnessett has a fantastic ceremony location enclosed by evergreens and other dense foliage. It provides a great layer of separation to everything else going on around it. Since I was shooting solo for the day, I asked a friend to snap a few of Matt as Lauren and her dad came down the aisle. Mike delivered in a big way (fist pump Mike). Matt and Lauren had a beautiful ceremony and everyone is thrilled to have Lauren join the family! After the knot was tied, we knocked out some family and bridal party shots before I stole them away for a little while to do some bride and groom portraits. Once we were done, it was party time! Matt and Lauren started the reception with the first dance and enjoyed the rest of the evening celebrating with their closest friends and family. Luke Renchen Entertainment did a great job all night keeping everyone on their feet! Start to finish, this was a top notch day!
