Back in September, we had the honor and privilege of shooting Chris and Melissa’s wedding at The Waterfall in Claymont, DE. If weddings are parties, this one was Mardi Gras. Chris and Melissa had 13 groomsmen and 11 bridesmaids, which made for a ton of excitement and fanfare. Everyone got ready at the hotel in the morning, so we met up with them there for some prep shots. It is always a good idea for us to start at this point in the day. There is often times a lot going on, and it’s a great opportunity to get shots of people hanging out and enjoying eachother’s company. We headed over to The Waterfall after that for the ceremony. Once there, we were blown away by the facility and grounds. It’s a wedding paradise on many levels. After their beautiful outdoor ceremony, we grabbed some shots of Chris, Melissa, their bridal party, and family. It was then onto the reception. Everyone had a fantastic time celebrating the new couple and partying through the night.
