Lime Spring Farm Wedding
Ever since Eric and Courtney’s engagement session in the rain last year, I have been looking forward to shooting their big day. They tied the knot in May at Lime Spring Farm in Lancaster. This is an absolutely fantastic venue if you are looking to have your prep, ceremony, and reception all at one place. Their grounds are immaculate, and their staff are very friendly as well. Angela and I met up with the ladies in the morning, and got some shots of everyone getting ready. We love arriving early enough in the day to get to know everyone a little pit. It always makes the day flow better. Eric and Courtney decided to do a first look, which we highly recommend. The raw emotions and expressions that come from first looks are great. We were able to knock out their family, bridal party and bride and groom shots before the ceremony, which allowed them to enjoy their cocktail hour after the ceremony. They had a beautiful ceremony start to finish. I especially loved the shots of Courtney’s dad giving her away. Their reception was a blast, which can be attributed to their awesome guests, and DJs, Ryan and Amanda, who really knew what they were doing. Having a professional DJ at your wedding a lot of the time is the difference between having a packed dance floor or having guests leaving early. The dance floor was packed and no one left early for this wedding. Eric and Courtney, you both were awesome to work with. Thank you for being so laid back and in love. You guys both made the day fly by , and we wish you all of the best.
By the way, Courtney, you had perfect technique for the cake smash!
