Brian and Caitlin’s HollyHedge Estate wedding at the end of October was perfection all accounts. When couples plan Fall weddings, this is what they are looking for. Crisp air, beautiful foliage, good friends, and a great venue. Brian and Caitlin’s wedding had it all! Kate and I joined the ladies in the morning to get some prep shots and then we headed out to the grounds to find a perfect spot for their first look. We wound up picking the area out in front of the mansion because it was secluded and had beautiful light. Once Brian and Caitlin had a few moments together, we began to knock out family and bridal party pictures outside of the courtyard. Brian and Caitlin wanted to be able to mix and mingle with their guests during cocktail hour, and this made it possible. After we finished up, the bridal party had 30 minutes to refresh before the guests had arrived and taken their seats. They had a beautiful ceremony that was followed by cocktails and hors’ d’oeurves. Then it was time to party- and party they did…all night long. The rest of the night flew by and before we knew it, it was over.
