Mike and Lauren had all of the ingredients for a perfect wedding. Spot on timeline, fun wedding party, great venue, and are full of personality. I had the pleasure of getting together with these two last Spring for their Old City engagement pictures, and had been looking forward to their wedding since then. Christelle and I met up with Lauren and her ladies at her parent’s house. We grabbed a bunch of shots of hair and makeup being done and then I jumped over to the church to get a few of Mike. They had a beautiful ceremony followed by a trip to a local party around the corner from The Waterfall, which is a fantastic venue in Claymont, DE. Everyone braved the cold like it was 75 and sunny. We then headed over to the venue for cocktail hour and to prep for the reception. Mike and Lauren’s guests had an amazing spread to feast on for a while and then it was time for the official party to kick off. Everyone was on the dance floor having a great time for the rest of the evening. At the tail end of dinner, it started to rain, so I grabbed them and an umbrella for a little something special to cap off the night. We loved being a part of this wedding and kicking off our 2017 wedding season with a great one!
