Kevin and Cory’s backyard wedding in York, PA was perfect in so many ways. They invited their closest friends and family to share this special day, and had a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and reception. It was a scorcher, but a midday rainstorm knocked some of the humidity out of the air, and then the clouds parted before the ceremony. After some family pictures by the house, everyone went across the street to the barn and tent for the reception and cocktail hour. Accomac Catering did an amazing job with the fare for the evening, and kept everyone full and refreshed. As the sun was performing it’s grand finale, we took Kevin and Cory out for some bride and groom shoots. We played around in the beautiful light for a little while and then went back over for some reception formalities; cake cutting, first dance, parent dances, and of course, some yard games. You cannot have a backyard wedding without a little Kan Jam, you know. Everyone had a great time celebrating with the newlyweds.
