Thorpewood is one of the venues that we wish we could shoot at a lot more often; it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out!  Jennifer and Chance’s wedding back in October was our token appearance for the year, and we couldn’t have asked for a better couple to work with. These two were a lot of fun to work with because they march to the beat of their own drum, they are full of energy and character, and above all, they really enjoy eachother’s company. They got ready at a bed and breakfast in Gettysburg, PA, and then headed over to Thorpewood for the rest of prep. They had their ceremony, after their first look, in the barn, and then we knocked out some bridal party shots there and around the lake. Every other wedding we have shot at Thorpewood has been rainy, so for Jennifer and Chance’s big day, it was great to be able to roam around a bit more and see all that the grounds have to offer. After that, we headed into the reception in the lodge. Canapes did an absolutely amazing job with dinner for the evening, and The Dapper Dj got the party going after that. Start to finish, Jennifer and Chance had a great wedding!
