We get wedding leads in all kinds of ways. Some are from websites like The Knot and Wedding Wire, some are from other photographers who are already booked for the given date, and some are from referrals for past clients. The latter type is often the best because many of them have seen us work first hand and know what type of coverage we provide. They know what to expect, and setting expectations is key. Lindsay’s sister got married last year at Lime Springs Farm. When Lindsay contacted us about doing her wedding next year, we were thrilled. I met up with Chris and Lindsay in Lancaster a couple weeks ago while they were in town, and we walked around Lancaster Central Park for a while. We got to know each other a bit more and were able to talk a little about their wedding details. I am very excited for next year and know their wedding won’t disappoint.
